Hang-Wah Man (1963) is Senior Investment Officer Private Equity at The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) where he is responsible for all Private Equity and Mezzanine projects in Asia. He has been managing emerging markets private equity capital on behalf of third parties and has lived and worked in Southern Africa, China and The Netherlands. During 15 years of working in the private equity industry (Man Management Consultants and FMO), he has built expertise in managing third party funds and private equity financing. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and has worked in development finance. Hang-Wah took take a place in the Investment Committee on a personal title.
Annemieke van der Leij (1964) serves as Investment Officer for Cordaid's Financial Services Fund for Uganda, Tanzania and Ghana. She is responsible for identifying deal flow, structuring finance and monitoring the social and financial returns of the investments. Representing Cordaid Annemieke is on the Investment Committees of, amongst others, WMF (Wholesale Microfinance Fund in Ghana) and the Stromme East Africa Microfinance Fund. After completing her bachelor's degree in economics and languages Annemieke worked in a variety of financial positions in the business- and government environment. In 1996 she joined OxfamNovib to continue her career in development finance and later on switched to Hivos and Cordaid.
Wout Korving (1968), is founding Director at RebelGroup B.V. He has extensive international and emerging market experience in advising private companies, governments and multilateral organizations, and has worked in over 25 countries, including 10 in Africa. Wout is considered an expert in the valuation of (semi-) public and private enterprises. He served as public sector Financial Advisor in negotiations for the concession of the $200 million port facilities in Abidjan and Cote d’Ivoire. He holds two Master degrees from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and started his career in accountancy services.

Marc Breij (1962) fund manager for Cordaid’s Financial Services fund (EUR 60m) investing in MFIs and SME (funds) in developing countries. Marc has served 18 years at ABNAMRO bank, his last position being Executive Director and Global Head of Country Risk Management, with an emphasis on Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Cordaid Marc was a longstanding member of Cordaid’s Investment Committee. Representing Cordaid he holds several Board functions in, amongst others, LA-CIF LatAm funds and the RABO Sustainable Agri Fund.
Tom Keleher (1964) Investment Officer with Oikocredit, where he is a member of the Equity team. Tom has been investing in emerging market for over 10 years. He co-founded and managed an innovative private equity fund focused on SMEs in the US. Prior to that, he was based in San Francisco (CA) where he managed the Columbia Emerging Markets Fund for Bank of America.
Henk van Stokkom (1958) owner of Van Stokkom Management & Advice. Coming from the futures trading and brokerage industry, where he worked as a director for Limako and as vice president for Salomon Smith Barney Netherlands, he was active as the financial director at a large privately held real estate company in The Netherlands. Henk is an investment all-rounder with extensive knowledge on setting up investment funds. Currently he is much devoted to guiding grant making foundations and wealthy individuals by structuring their donation policy.
