A supplier of building materials such as sand, ballast, cement and timber to road contractors and construction companies in Kenya. InReturn assists in setting up a sound governance structure, implementing an administration system and increasing sales.

Deal flow 

The InReturn team continuously analyses investment requests from SMEs in East Africa. Relatively large sectors represented are agro & food processing, manufacturing, finance, ICT and energy (total >70%). Target is that 5% of the requests will lead to an investment. Team focus is on deal flow generation and efficient judgment of the opportunities to finally invest in 20-30 SMEs.

150 finance requests received (June 2010):
8 companies have been presented to IC, 1 has been invested and 4 are in due diligence. The pipeline is worth over Euro 3,5m.
