Hang-Wah Man
Hang-Wah is Senior Investment Officer, Private Equity, at The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO), where he is responsible for all private equity and mezzanine projects in Asia. Over the past 15 years, he has built expertise in managing third party funds and private equity financing. He has managed emerging markets’ private equity capital on behalf of third parties and has lived and worked in Southern Africa, China and The Netherlands. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and has worked in development finance. Hang-Wah serves on InReturn’s Investment Committee through a personal commitment unrelated to his position with FMO.
Annemieke van der Leij
Annemieke serves as Investment Officer for Cordaid's Financial Services Fund for Uganda, Tanzania and Ghana. She is responsible for identifying deal flow, structuring finance and monitoring the social and financial returns of investments. Annemieke represents Cordaid on the Investment Committees of the Wholesale Microfinance Fund in Ghana and the Stromme East Africa Microfinance Fund, among others. After completing her bachelor's degree in economics and languages, Annemieke worked in a variety of financial positions in the business and government environment. In 1996, she signed with OxfamNovib to continue her career in development finance, then she moved to Hivos before joining Cordaid.
Wout Korving
Wout is founding Director at RebelGroup B.V. He has extensive international and emerging market experience in advising private companies, governments and multilateral organizations. He has worked in over 25 countries, including 10 African nations. An expert in the valuation of (semi-) public and private enterprises, Wout served as public sector Financial Advisor in negotiations for the concession of the 200 million dollar port facilities in Abidjan and Cote d’Ivoire. He holds two Masters Degrees from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
